Abstract

In the care of war-wounded, the caregivers of the Armed Forces Health Service must integrate the military constraints of the operational context and the medical constraints of the patient. The combination of these elements makes it necessary to carry out a sorting in the event of an influx. How to prepare effectively to deal with critical situations and vital issues whose occurrence is low on national soil? What common operational preparation should be given to all levels of caregivers involved in care? How to form effective and professional teams in unusual situations? This is the challenge that the authors of this role-playing game wish to take up, which could be a first step in a continuum of simulation for educational purposes.
