Justice Decision-making for the Economical Problems of a (Health) Enterprise: a Personal Experience

Activity based reimbursement (prospective payment system) and a new organization of the health regional agency have made the hospital into industrial or commercial enterprise .The consequences are severe economical problems.Solutions from management are not possible e.g.: firing of staff, reduction in salaries, increasing working time, reduction in vacations, increasing working activity of doctors….with only three possibilities: selling, closure or negotiation for a new enterprise project (repreneur). The justice decision was to opt for the third choice.
