Abstract

The expansion of the law discipline, particularly that of patients, extends and transforms medical practice. However, there is no criminal law specific to the practice of medicine. The obligation imposed on the physician is always to provide healthcare "in accordance with the data acquired from science" (Evidence Based Medecine).
