Abstract
The Scrotal flap is a useful flap easy to harvest that can be use for every penile shaft reconstruction ( Problems in circumcision, hypospadias, cellulitis, penile shaft trauma…. This flap is very thin and elastic which are very interesting properties. This is an hairy flap that could be problematic. Mains complcations are wound healing complication
