Abstract
Laparoscopic right hepatectomy (H5678) is considered one of the most complex minimally invasive procedures. It includes all technical aspects requiring high expertise: right lobe mobilization, hilar dissection, deep parenchymal transection, contact and control of main hepatic veins and inferior vena cava. We have standardized the procedure for both tumor resection and living donor procurement. We present their technical features.
