Abstract
Mail is an electronic letter being sent through the web. Even if French law protects mail
confidentiality, the question is to monitor it, and if broken, to ask for justice and repair. In that
circumstance, Hippocratic oath is broken, which is a major incident in our professionnal work. It could made us to be sued. So prevention is better, and this the opportunity to indicate, together with the specialized press, some software’s names in that field.
