Abstract

After more than 35 years career as an obstetrician-gynecologist, in public service, than in private service, with a part-time university position, expert functions before the courts, expert with the Hight Authority of Health, various administrative and medical functions, military medical activities within the health service army as a reservist, various commitments in the social and associative fields, I also led a public life as an elected official, then I was appointed advisor to the delegate minister for foreign trade, attractiveness and French citizens aboard in charge of civil society. This last experience allowed me to familiarize myself with the diplomatic world and then be named as special envoy for health export to the minister of Europe and foreign affairs. This special envoy mission is threefold: first of all to represent the minister of Europe and foreign affairs in France for the reception of foreign delegations and abroad to represent France in the world; then that of guiding the government’s health policy towards exports; and finally that uniting the entire health ecosystem through the strategic international committee of health industries and technologies sector. All these three missions allow me today to be at the economic diplomacy service and to serve my country as best as possible in order to promote excellence in French healthcare worldwide.
