Abstract
Making a successful transition from childhood to adulthood for walking cerebral palsy patients requires knowledge of the patient’s disability, technical expertise, structured consultation and the conviction of the psychological and social benefits.
The objectives of this round table are focused around three questions:
What are the respective expectations of pediatric and adult surgeons?
What are the differences in therapeutic philosophy between pediatric and adult teams?
How can patient follow-up be relayed from pediatric to adult facilities?
