Abstract
Le conseil national professionnel (CNP) comme dans toutes les spécialités a été fondé il y a deux ans. C’est un organisme officiel interlocuteur prioritaire auprès de la tutelle. Ce CNP a été articulé avec notre société savante, la SOFCOT. Il recouvre des personnes morales dont la SOFCOT, le RENACOT registre de chirurgie orthopédique, la FICOT ou fondation de chirurgie orthopédique, le Syndicat national, orthorisq délivrant l’accréditation des bonnes pratiques, et enfin le Collège des chirurgiens orthopédistes (CFCOT) responsable de la validation de l'enseignement des internes et de la formation continue. Enfin il y a les sociétés partenaires de spécialités (hanche et genou, pied, pédiatrie, main, arthroscopie ….) qui sont missionnées pour les problèmes touchant une spécialité particulière.
La SOFCOT est la principale société Bailleur de fond qui est alimentée par l'industrie notamment par le truchement de son congrès qui a lieu une fois par an. Le conseil national professionnel reçoit une prime assez limitée de la tutelle et reçoit des cotisations de la part des sociétés qui le composent.
Le RENACOT empreinte auprès de la SOFCOT des sommes financer le lancement le registre. La FICOT reçoit des dons de l'industrie qu'elle anonymise pour l'attribuer à des bourses d'enseignement.
L'ensemble de ces personnes morales a donc chacune des tâches ciblées. La SOFCOT et son président organisent le congrès et les activités scientifiques. Le RENACOT qui prend son envol sera chargé des relations avec le patient et du dossier patient médicalisé ainsi que du registre des implants permettant la traçabilité. Il comportera des données obligatoires chargées à partir du compte rendu opératoire et des données de suivi pour activer la fonction registre et vendre ensuite les données aux fabricants pour obtenir la certification des implants. En plus de l’accréditation, Orthorisq gérera également la brique santé qui comporte la surveillance de l'état de santé physique et mentale des chirurgiens, indispensables à la recertification. Enfin, Orthorisq valide également la formation continue puisqu'accréditation vaut DPC.

This CNP has been linked to our learned society, the SOFCOT. It includes legal entities such as the SOFCOT, the RENACOT registry of orthopaedic surgery, the FICOT or orthopaedic surgery foundation, the National Syndicate, orthorisq delivering the accreditation of good practices, and finally the College of orthopaedic surgeons (CFCOT) responsible for the validation of the teaching of interns and continuing education. Finally, there are the partner societies of specialties (hip and knee, foot, pediatrics, hand, arthroscopy ....) which are mandated to deal with problems affecting a particular specialty.
SOFCOT is the main funding society that is supported by the industry through its annual convention. The national professional council receives a limited premium from the government and receives dues from its member companies.
The RENACOT receives funds from the SOFCOT to finance the launching of the register. The FICOT receives donations from the industry, which it anonymizes and allocates to educational grants.
All these legal entities therefore have specific tasks. SOFCOT and its president organize the congress and scientific activities. RENACOT, which is taking off, will be in charge of patient relations and the medical patient record as well as the implant register allowing traceability. It will include mandatory data loaded from the operative report and follow-up data to activate the registry function and then sell the data to manufacturers to obtain certification of the implants. In addition to the accreditation, Orthorisq will also manage the health brick which includes the monitoring of the physical and mental health status of the surgeons, essential for the recertification. Finally, Orthorisq also validates the continuing education.
