Medicen Paris Région, acteur fédérateur de la Chirurgie du Futur /Medicen Paris Region, federating actor for the Future of Surgery

Abstract
Medicen Paris Region est le pôle de compétitivité en santé de la Région Île-de-France. Notre rôle est d’accompagner nos 520 membres industriels, cliniques, et académiques de l’innovation en santé. Ce maillage territorial permet de recueillir les besoins cliniques et académiques pour accompagner le développement de solutions technologiques et organisationnelles innovantes.
Depuis 2020 et à travers ses filières Medtech, e-Santé et MIHD (Medicen Initiatives for Health Data), le pôle s’est fortement engagé pour fédérer les acteurs de l’innovation chirurgicale et interventionnelle. Medicen a notamment lancé une initiative locale en créant et organisant le grand événement « Chirurgie du Futur » en Novembre 2021, dont la seconde édition aura lieu le 20 Octobre prochain avec un objectif d’alliance nationale pour l’excellence chirurgicale et interventionnelle. En effet la structuration de cette excellence clinique et technologique ne se fera qu’à l’échelle nationale, où chaque pôle de compétitivité Santé peut se positionner comme acteur fédérateur de la Chirurgie du Futur. C’est pourquoi Medicen Paris Region continue de co-construire avec l’Académie Nationale de Chirurgie un partenariat durable, illustré lors de cette séance à travers les interventions d’experts de la robotique et de l’innovation chirurgicale.

Medicen Paris Region is the healthcare innovation cluster of the Paris region. Our role is to support our 520 industrial, clinical and academic members in healthcare innovation. This territorial network enables us to gather clinical and academic needs in order to support the development of innovative technological and organizational solutions.
Since 2020, through its Medtech, e-Health and MIHD (Medicen Initiatives for Health Data) strategic axes, the cluster has been strongly committed to bringing together players from surgical and interventional innovation. Medicen has launched a local initiative by creating and organizing the major event "Chirurgie du Futur" in November 2021, the second edition of which will take place on October 20 with the aim of creating a national alliance for surgical and interventional excellence. Indeed, the structuring of this clinical and technological excellence will only be done on a national scale, where each health innovation cluster can position itself as a federating actor of the « Chirurgie du Futur ». This is why Medicen Paris Region continues to build a lasting partnership with the Académie Nationale de Chirurgie, illustrated during this session through the interventions of experts in robotics and surgical innovation.
