Abstract
The life of young girls or young boys affected by a congenital malformation of the breast or thorax is more a survival than a simple life, overwhelmed by a serious attack on the image of their body.
Positively changing their lives is what these young girls or young men are calling us to. Our duty is certainly to understand their malformation, but also to understand its impact and thus derive the most appropriate treatment. It is in this perspective that we present the most current techniques according to each indication, juvenile breast hypertrophy, hypoplastic tuberous breasts. It is a question of thinking and understanding the anomaly in order to follow a rigorous strategy which treats the various problems step by step.
