Abstract
Les cancers de la vulve représentent moins de 5% des cancers gynécologiques.
Le traitement reste avant tout chirurgical avec une exérèse de la lésion plus ou moins large en fonction de sa taillait de son infiltration.
Le collège des gynécologues obstétriciens français en collaboration avec toutes les sociétés savantes impliquées ont établi des recommandations de prise en charge des femmes porteuses de cancer vulvaire.
Chaque question a été formulée selon le format PICO (patients, interventions, comparison and outcomes) l'analyse de la littérature et les recommandations ont été formulées selon la méthodologie GRADE
