Abstract

The experience of Foch Hospital over the past ten years has shown that health innovation required to support the internal and external innovators who did not always know who to contact. Foch Hospital has therefore set up a Medical Devices Innovation Center (CiDM) in partnership with the RESAH (national purchasing centre).

The CiDM supports health professionals and start-ups, SMEs and large groups wishing to collaborate with our establishment. This place of experimentation ensures both the setting up of experiments, support in market access, clinical and health economic evaluation and coordination with the other departments of the hospital (Project department, care, investment, DSI, bioengineering, clinical research, pharmacy and patient experience).

As part of the acquisition of a second robot, a collaborative program for
monitoring, evaluation and experimentation of robot-assisted surgeries has been set up at Foch Hospital in collaboration with the company Intuitive. We therefore propose feedback on this management of the multi-robotic (2 robots) multi-specialty (5 types of surgery) activities through a triptych "Experimentation, Training, Health economic Evaluation".
