The caregivers do not feel to be prepared to face them. The SMART Committee has launched with the National Surgery Academy in 2019 a campaign for conflict prevention and development of tools. These are a charter of good conduct, conflict management training, and cognitive help for conflict analysis to help teams to identify root causes and promote team cohesion.
