Abstract
Relationships between anesthetist and surgeons are sometimes difficult in operating theater. Causes are either organizational (due to a bad gestion of the time) or more often emotional, due to the stress during surgery and strong egos.
Organizational protocols, development of fast track have limited the organizational conflicts. At the contrary, due to increase of burn out, emotional conflicts remain frequent. A better gestion during and after the conflict, a better formation upstream will limit the conflicts.
