Progresses of the economic science during the twentieth century allowed to conceptualize this role of innovation on the economic development (Schumpeterian model). The application of principles of this model is indispensable for enabling a large diffusion of health innovations. In front of a radical change of our environment, a new health Policy is necessary. It has to be declined on all components of our health system. It will be possible only if social and political innovation is applied in our society in the near future.
