Abstract

Robotic assisted laparoscopic surgery allows the use of 3 advantages never put together until now: a full high definition 3 dimensional vision, a no involuntary motion optic and a wide range of gesture. This approach makes easier the dissection of anatomical elements with a closer view. This new way of surgery appears environmentally friendly considering the anatomical structures specially the nerves.
