Innovative organisations in the operating theatre and in anesthesia

New organisations are needed for operating theatres in the future. Separation of patients in 3 fluxes (ambulatory, scheduled inpatients, non- scheduled patients), organisation of the OR in 3 areas according patients fluxes, enhancement of regional analgesia, innovative anesthesia practices, adaptable post-operative care units are solutions to improve performance.
