Evolution of surgical practice during 40 last years : Examples of carcinologic surgery and bariatric surgery

Abstract
Since 40 years, the evolution of the activity was very important: solitary exercise then team manager and now member of the medical surgical team. The strategy of treatment of patients is a collective decision proposal by the pluridisciplinary concertation meeting. Carcinology and obesity are the typical examples of this evolution.
