Abstract
We offer our personal experience in laparoscopic surgery of inguinal hernia repair in order to give a contribute to teach the anatomy of inguinal region. This kind of approach can be reproduced for others anatomic regions. To groups of students were taught about the traditional or the laparoscopic surgery and were asked to answer the same questionnaire. The results demonstrated the superiority of the laparoscopic approach in the study of the anatomy of inguinal region.
