Abstract
Knee dislocation is a surgical challenge for all surgeons. The treatmentof these lesions associates the difficulty of both cruciate ligamentssurgery. It is necessary to understand injury mechanism toknow associated lesions and propose a consensual surgical treatment.Healing soft tissue is the rule, particularly when articularrotational center takes a good place after correction of posteriortibial translation. Functional outcome is satisfactory for patientswho have resigned themselves to give up high-demand sports.Diagnosis of vascular trauma, and an appropriate reduction andimmobilization are essential. Surgical procedure must be performedafter testing under anaesthesia and angio-MRI.
