In patients who refused radiochimiotherapy, urinarydiversion was enterocystoplasty in men and ileal conduit in women.Cutaneous ureterostomy was performed after salvage cystectomyand in 7 patients with renal deterioration.Morbidity rate, including acute pyelonephritis and obstruction ofthe bowels, was similar to the series of the literature.Mortality rate was 4%. Among 21 patients with enterocystoplasty,17 patients were dry at day and 14 were dry at night.Overall 5-year survival rate was 62% for the group of patients whorefused radiochimiotherapy protocol and 12% for salvagecystectomy group.
