Abstract

Adenomyosis is asymptomatic in 70% of cases and imposes no treatment.
The standard treatment is hysterectomy.
In the absence of desire for pregnancy, endometrectomy can be offered.
If there is a desire to maintain fertility and any age, treatment with SIU levonorgestrel is proposed. In case of failure, conservative treatments may be proposed as the PMA.
